User-Centered Design Excellence
  • Champion user comfort, ergonomics, durability, and premium product experience in close collaboration with Industrial Design and UX partners.
Manufacturing & Scale
  • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) best practices to optimize yield, quality, cost, and scalability.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful production ramps.
Technical Depth & Judgment
  • Provide deep expertise in materials, mechanics of materials, tolerance analysis, and system‑level integration.
  • Guide critical tradeoff decisions across performance, reliability, cost, and schedule.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work seamlessly across Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Firmware, Software, Reliability, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive system‑level outcomes.
