Bank Team Manager

As a Bank Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and collaborating with a talented group of engineers to address complex challenges at the intersection of AI and hardware. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around RTL and circuit design for both current and next-generation products, ensuring the successful development of schematics for custom circuit designs, and overseeing the physical layout implementation of circuit and RTL designs.

You will be instrumental in verifying the timing, power, functionality, and yield performance of our designs.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project goals are met.
• Contribute to the development and generation of schematics for custom circuit designs in alignment with project requirements.
• Implement and oversee the physical layout implementation of circuit and RTL designs.
• Verify the timing, power, functional, and yield performance of designs.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve project objectives and navigate challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in IP development for internal or customer use.
• Experience in high-speed compute, processor, and datapath design is a fundamental requirement.
• Familiarity with both RTL and custom-digital circuit design is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in shepherding multiple products through the design, verification, and product testing phases is highly advantageous.
