About the Role

A leading AI technology company is hiring a Junior / Technical Sourcer to support hiring across its consumer hardware and embedded product teams. This role is focused on identifying, researching, and engaging highly specialized engineering talent that contributes to the development of real, manufacturable consumer products.

This is a hands‑on sourcing role ideal for someone who enjoys technical research, complex search strategies, and building long‑term talent pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead targeted sourcing strategies across consumer hardware and embedded engineering roles, including electrical, mechanical, firmware, industrial design, manufacturing, test and validation, and supply chain engineering.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through proactive outreach, market mapping, and research.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub and repository signals, patent searches, academic labs, and conference programs.
• Partner closely with recruiters and technical hiring managers to translate complex requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Engage candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach while representing the company professionally within engineering communities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, notes, and sourcing metrics in the ATS to support hiring decisions.
• Support talent engagement through industry meetups, hardware events, and conferences.

• 2 or more years of technical sourcing experience, ideally supporting consumer hardware, embedded firmware/software, or product engineering roles.
• Proven experience sourcing for roles such as embedded firmware or RTOS engineers, electrical engineers, PCB and layout engineers, mechanical engineers, industrial designers, manufacturing or DFM engineers, and test or validation engineers.
• Strong understanding of the consumer product development lifecycle from concept through high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent Boolean search and research skills across Linked In, Git Hub, and other technical platforms.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear sourcing signals and candidate evaluation criteria.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience sourcing for global manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with prototyping workflows or regulatory environments such as FCC or CE.
• Technical degree or hands-on experience in hardware or embedded systems.
