Lead the development of multi‑tens of GHz transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) for coherent long‑haul & metro systems, and PAM4 data center systems, primarily using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.

• Measure IC performance and debug designs to correlate simulations to measurements
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Lead chip design projects and deliver successful silicon
• Translate chip‑level specifications into detailed architecture

• Proven experience in TIA design for coherent long‑haul and metro systems
• Deep understanding of detailed transistor‑level design, device physics, and control/feedback loop stability analysis
• Direct project experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Low noise/high linear broadband analog circuits for optical front‑end receivers
• High‑precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC)
• Package‑system integration
• Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools for custom analog layout and 3D EM modeling
• Team player with exceptional communication and documentation skills
