AboutThe Role
We are seeking a Commissioning Manager, Electrical for our high performance Data Centers. This role requires deep understanding of pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases (Level 1‑5) for electrical systems, and coordination with general contractors, designers, and vendors across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review testing & verification programs and documentation, and support execution of electrical HV/MV and data equipment to ensure system compliance.
- Maintain rigorous records of test results, commissioning reports, and issue tracking.
- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety, track progress, and resolve on‑site issues.
- Lead final operational handover for electrical systems, ensuring readiness for service.
- Experience with ASHRAE or BCxA commissioning guidelines.
- Knowledge of NETA test specifications.
- Familiarity with commissioning of equipment such as generators, transformers, UPS, batteries, switch gear, PLC, EPMS, ATS, STS, PDU, busways, RPP, grounding, and lighting control systems.
- Strong technical competency, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Experience conducting pre‑site and on‑site functional testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with control and mechanical systems.
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in mission‑critical data center commissioning.
- Industry experience in hyperscale data center projects.

The salary range for this position is $150,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Total compensation may include equity.
