You will be responsible for the thorough testing, verification, and optimization of building systems, ensuring they function as designed.

- System Testing:
Conduct thorough testing and verification of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation, to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements. - Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation, reports, and test procedures to track system performance, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. - Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to align commissioning activities with project goals and timelines. - Problem Solving:
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, developing innovative solutions to address challenges and ensure optimal functionality. - Energy Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability enhancements in building operations, making recommendations for improvements. - Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients, presenting commissioning findings and providing training to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the operational phase. - Quality Assurance:
Maintain the highest standards of quality and precision throughout the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems meet or exceed industry standards.
- Controls Engineer or Technician
- Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Engineer or Technician

- HVAC Startup Technician
- HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician
- MEP Coordinators
- MEP Quality Assurance Managers or Engineers

- Military Aviation Electronics Technicians
- Military HVAC Technicians
- Related industry and/or commissioning experience required
- Basic knowledge of the design, construction and commissioning processes
- Awareness of local energy codes and LEED Cx requirements
- Field experience strongly preferred
- Complex project experience (Mission Critical, Healthcare, Laboratory, Etc.) preferred
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, excel)
