Responsibilities- Support Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable notification and reporting requirements.
- Conduct monthly stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) inspections and ensure compliance with stormwater permitting requirements, including stormwater sampling during precipitation events.
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of environmental data, ensuring accuracy and compliance (e.g., HMBP, Annual Waste Reports, etc.).
- Manage waste generated, manifests, and record‑keeping in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct inspections of hazardous waste areas and above‑ground storage tanks.
- Assist with assortment sampling and develop waste profiles, manifests, and chains of custody.
- Support existing file management systems on SharePoint for relevant analysis, plan updates, inspections, etc.
- Support the execution of environmental programs, such as waste minimization, recycling, and circularity strategies, ensuring alignment with CA regulations.
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives.
- BS in Engineering, or Science related field.
- 3 years of compliance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
