However, the capacity of satellite internet services is limited by the quality and affordability of the devices consumers use to connect to satellites.

• Design schematic and layout of mixed-signal, power, and digital circuitry for RF applications.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, including power networks, thermal management, and component selection.
• Successful delivery of PCB/PCBA builds using HDI technology
• Develop and execute PCBA test plans with an emphasis on IEC compliance and reliability across environmental conditions.

• Strong working knowledge and experience with schematic capture and layout of high-density PCBs in Orcad or Allegro
• Working knowledge of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in board-level design, bring-up, manufacturing, and testing
• Experience with DFM/DFT/DFX
• Experience with IPC standards for PCB manufacturing, assembly, and test
• Established track record of designing and releasing electronics into production, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency
• Demonstrated experience with general EE test equipment

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, MS is preferred

• Previous experience with HDI in high-reliability electronics
• Working knowledge of RF design principles, including transmission line theory and practical implementation in PCB layout.
• Experience in testing complex digital, power, and RF systems, including active antenna modules or phased arrays
• Experience in regulated industries such as aviation or the automotive fields

Compensation includes a competitive base salary as part of a comprehensive package tailored to the candidate’s experience and background.

$140,000 - $170,000 a year

All employees are expected to be at the office, in person, for a minimum of two days per week
