Technical Program Managers in our Engineering organization manage company‑wide programs, guide cross‑team projects, and accelerate execution of team roadmaps. This senior TPM role reports to the Senior Manager of TPM and is responsible for developing and driving safety programs, especially focused on compliance. This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Leverage your customer‑centric mindset to build and run our Safety compliance program
• Develop a holistic and enduring ownership model for our code, products, and programs that enables quick compliance fulfillment
• Work closely with Product, Platform Compliance, Safety Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to implement solutions for compliance requirements
• Partner with Safety leadership to identify, develop, and run programs that improve user safety and experience
• Manage multiple complex projects with competing timelines and resources
• Partner with Trust Operations teams to leverage existing processes and enact compliance changes

• Experience with Safety programs (e.g., Moderation, Detection, Age Verification) at a similar‑sized company
• Worked with Engineering, Product, and Trust & Safety leadership to align on and implement Safety or compliance‑related programs
• 5+ years of Technical Product/Program Management, Safety Engineering, or Safety TPM work
• Deep experience in technical program‑management methodologies
• Track record of moving technical or engineering programs from concept to completion and measuring impact with metrics and growth examples
• Ability to break down complex challenges into workable parts and make continuous progress toward solutions

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong customer empathy that balances Safety and company needs

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $196,000 to $220,500 plus equity and benefits. The range is determined by role and level; individual pay depends on job‑related skills, experience, and education.
