We are seeking a RFIC / Analog‑Mixed Signal IC Designer to join a growing IC design team working on next‑generation high‑performance silicon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands‑on experience in RF and mixed‑signal circuit design, working alongside senior designers from concept through silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and simulation of RF and analog/mixed‑signal circuits
, such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, TIAs, ADC/DAC blocks, biasing and reference circuits - Perform schematic design, simulation, and analysis (noise, linearity, stability, PVT, Monte Carlo)
- Support layout review and parasitic‑aware simulation in collaboration with layout engineers
- Participate in chip bring‑up, lab measurements, and silicon debug
- Document designs, simulation results, and measurement data
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and test
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and RF principles
- Familiarity with CMOS/BiCMOS technologies
- Experience with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, or similar)
- Understanding of device physics, noise, matching, and stability concepts
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
