• Pursue sales leads and conduct regular customer visits to grow market share
• Provide technical guidance and product support, particularly for new product lines
• Collaborate with customers and distributors to understand tooling needs
• Lead product training sessions and new product introductions
• Maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer information and opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills for various group sizes
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
• U.S. work authorization and valid driver’s license required

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with cutting tools
• Ability to pass customer facility clearance and travel as needed
• Solid mathematical and analytical ability
