Dell Driving Technician/Field Service Technician

Contract position offering field support for Dell products in the San Francisco area and beyond.

• Job Title: Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician
• Location: San Francisco, CA (and other U.S. locations)
• Job Type: Long‑term Contract / Contract to Permanent

• Travel to customer sites from the designated pickup location as specified.
• Visit business offices and residences to repair, troubleshoot, and perform break‑fix on computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use your own vehicle for field service; drive approximately 300 miles per week within a 50‑70 mile radius of the pickup point.
• Represent the company professionally in communication and appearance.
• Be available for overtime and extended driving as required.
• Primarily service Dell products; prior experience is a plus.

• A+ Certification (training or expired status accepted)
• Experience with Dell or other manufacturer certifications is a plus
• Strong experience working on laptops and desktops
• Proficiency in break/fix repair

• Background check and driving record required upon offer.
• Completion of Dell certification training (online) is required; training is provided free of charge.
• Contract agreement terms and conditions apply.
• Pay will be issued biweekly based on approved hours.
• Mileage will be reimbursed (contact recruiter for details).
• Maintain a backup vehicle in case of breakdown.

• Standard pay rate with mileage reimbursement.
