Stella Maris Academy is a Catholic classical school rooted in the intellectual, spiritual, and liturgical tradition of the Church. • Teaching in accordance with the classical liberal arts tradition
• Implementing a curriculum grounded in theology, phonics, classical literature, Latin, history, mathematics, and the sciences
• Integrating Catholic faith and moral formation across subjects
• Establishing an orderly, joyful, and disciplined classroom culture
• Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents
• Participating in school liturgical life, professional development, and community events
• Supporting the school's mission and upholding its Catholic identity

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Teaching experience strongly preferred
• Commitment to the teachings and moral vision of the Catholic Church
• Familiarity with or openness to classical pedagogy
• Strong classroom management skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Practicing Catholic preferred (required for certain roles)
