What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops for children ages 4‑7 that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Crafting personalized motivational experiences that resonate with young learners and foster a lasting enthusiasm for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑based literacy platforms
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (examples: Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Able to work on‑site at one of these campuses:
