You have excelled in an environment defined by intense competition. Perhaps through elite-level athletics, graduation with honors from a top university, employment at a highly selective organization, or a venture you launched and grew yourself. You understand what separates participation from genuine competition. Consider applying that same rigor in a setting where K-12 students—many of whom have never encountered someone with credentials like yours—are guided toward standards they previously believed beyond their reach.

Alpha employs AI-driven 1:1 instruction that enables students to complete core academic work in approximately two hours daily. The remaining time is dedicated to life skills, interest-based projects, and meaningful personal development. At Alpha's most demanding campuses, students require more than supervision. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments establish the benchmark: someone capable of assessing group dynamics, establishing expectations, and guiding students through resistance, distraction, and internal doubt.

This role is not about teaching content; it is about coaching, challenging, and holding students accountable to the same rigorous standards you have applied to yourself. Eighty percent of your time will be spent conducting direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions and facilitating life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting the daily tone through focused morning sessions that cultivate a culture where mediocrity is not tolerated.

Career progression here is not oriented toward management roles. It is about deepening impact. You begin by mastering Alpha's framework and establishing trust with students. Within a few months, you become the person they rely on to push them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff is not a title change. It is witnessing a student who avoided eye contact in September deliver a confident presentation to a room of adults by May.

If you are seeking a way to leverage your elite background toward something beyond your own credentials, apply now. If you require a fixed syllabus, a conventional classroom structure, or a trajectory toward administrative leadership, this is not the right fit.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions that identify individual obstacles, establish ambitious objectives, and maintain accountability for execution
  • Leading structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement, drawing on credible narratives from your own elite background
  • Evaluating student mastery using tools such as Test2

Pass and monitoring progress through Coachbot analytics to refine coaching approaches dynamically
  • Establishing the cultural standard each morning via focused kickoff sessions that reinforce high-performance expectations campus-wide
  • Developing trusted mentoring relationships with students and their families through consistent high standards and documented motivation strategies
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Creating lesson plans, developing curriculum, or grading student work. Alpha's academic system operates independently.
  • Delivering lectures to a classroom of 30 students. Your focus is intensive coaching in small settings, not large-group instruction.
  • Supervising other staff members or pursuing an administrative career path. This position centers on direct student impact, not organizational advancement.
  • Attending faculty meetings or navigating institutional bureaucracy. Your time remains concentrated on students.
  • Compromising standards to meet metrics. If a student achieves 99%, your role is to identify what prevented 100%.
