Immersive On-Site Program Coordinator - Summer 2026

About the Role

Role Type: Seasonal Full-Time, W2 Employee (up to 30 hours/week)

Duration: April 20, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (Training Start and Course Run)

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Employer Programs

Compensation: $30-45 per hour

On-Site Program Coordinators help manage the successful delivery and operational efficiency of our Immersive Programs. This position is designed to address and manage on-site student and instructor issues which include retention support, client feedback, instruction feedback, and communication issues between stakeholders. Please note this is a part-time position.

About Our Immersives

A key part of Code Path programming is our summer immersives: full-time programs geared towards rising college juniors. Students are taught a rigorous web development curriculum, join specialized events and technical workshops, and are matched to industry experts for mentorship during the program. These programs run during the summer and include in-person positions.

Implementation details

  • 1 Associate Instructor
  • 2 Teaching Fellows

Instructional Staff will need to be available during the following dates/times:

  • Full Contract Dates:
    April 20th - August 14th, 2026
  • Remote Instructional Training:
    Mid April - End of May (70 hours total, exact times TBD)
  • In-Person Program Dates:
    June 1st - Aug 7th, 2026 (9AM-5PM, 40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
  • Report on progress of programs to the Program Manager, assist the Program Manager in compiling data for weekly reports to partners
  • Collaborate closely with partner stakeholders and share partner needs and feedback with Immersives Program Manager on an ongoing basis
  • Provide regular reports to the Program Manager on student progress, concerns, and trends
  • Serve as the primary Code Path point of contact on-site for student concerns, troubleshooting issues related to the program, technology, or personal challenges impacting participation
  • Provide ongoing support to instructors on-site, connect instructors to resources when needed, ensure alignment with program goals
  • Classroom observations, feedback on lesson delivery, triaging student escalations and general instructor support
  • Keep track of instructional challenges and curriculum feedback for program retros and future program enhancements
  • Engage in professional feedback practices by delivering constructive feedback to students and instructional team members, and thoughtfully incorporating received feedback from student surveys and classroom observations
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a support role within educational programs, preferably in a technology or nonprofit setting
  • Experience working with college-aged or adult learners
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address issues diplomatically and foster positive relationships
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Tech nonprofit, startup experience a plus
  • Reliable mode of transportation to commute to Downtown San Francisco for onsite part-time work

Compensation

This is a seasonal, part-time (up to 30 hour/week) position. Candidate hourly rate is $30-45/hour and is dependent on experience. New staff rarely start at the top of the range.

This position is not eligible for medical, dental, or vision benefits or paid time-off.
