We are currently seeking a certified or soon to be certified Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join an employer‑based One Medical clinic committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

• Full time

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
• Providing care in‑office or at testing centers, and occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in‑office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

• Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of start date
• State licensed in California, obtained before start date

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high‑quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care
• Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
• Openness to feedback and reflection to gain insight into strengths and weaknesses
• Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adapt personal behavior to meet patients’ needs

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $328,000 based on a full‑time schedule. Starting pay may vary based on experience and schedule; additional pay may be awarded for exceeding qualifications. Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and incentive plans.
