- Manageable Patient Volumes: Average of 16-18 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Earnings: $350,000+ earning potential with strong production and quality-based incentives.
- Guaranteed Income: $300,000 guaranteed in Year 1.

Qualifications
- Medical Degree: MD or DO
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Active or Eligible for California medical licensure

- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Visa Support: No visa sponsorship available
