Mindful Health Solutions is a nationally recognized leader in interventional psychiatric care. We're looking for a passionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) Psychiatrist to join our team and help lead the way in innovative treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy.

We offer a flexible, highly competitive compensation structure:

• Choice of two models:
  Productivity-based or base salary + incentive
• Earning potential: $350,000 - $400,000+
• Signing bonus:
  Up to $100,000
• Schedule:
  In-person with potential for hybrid flexibility
• Time off:
  • 4 weeks of PTO
  • 24 paid CME hours

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include:
  • Psychotherapy
  • Medication management
  • TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team (psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, therapists)
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date EMRs and documentation
• Participate in research and continuing education to advance interventional psychiatry
