OverviewLooking for a new exciting way to practice medicine? Our client is a leading Concierge Medicine company and looking for mission driven Primary Care Physicians to join their practice. Salary will be $1,000,000 by year 2-3 once panel size is established! First year Base is $300-$700k with target of $1,000,000 by year 2-3!

Responsibilities- Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients
- Provide well checks and house calls
- Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care
- Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being
- Establish an outstanding relationship with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator
- Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate their health goals and care
- 5+ years of experience in full-time patient care with 3+ years in a high-volume setting and a highly marketable educational/medical background
- Mission-driven doctors that have spent time in underserved communities
- High-caliber educational and medical credentials from a top 20 US or European program
- Highly collaborative and interested in sharing best practices with the team with strong attention to detail to craft a seamless experience
- Intellectually curious and eager to learn about modern diagnostics and tests
