Primary Care Physician Director
Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician Director to balance hands‑on patient care with leadership responsibilities for a team of adult medicine providers.
You will- Deliver high‑quality primary care with a focus on prevention and education.
- Provide clinical and operational oversight to physicians, NPs, and PAs.
- Support quality improvement, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to improve access and outcomes.
- MD or DO; board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
- Experience with diverse or urban patient populations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
