Overview
We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive primary and urgent gynecological care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Under supervision, deliver high-quality patient services, perform examinations, develop treatment plans, and utilize telehealth options.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor clinic staff, coordinate referrals, and support clinic programs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, fostering a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Manage clinic operations efficiently, practice cost-effective medicine, and ensure all documentation is complete for billing.
Qualifications include a valid California medical license, board certification in OB/GYN, DEA registration, and experience with diverse populations. Bilingual skills preferred.
Compensation and benefitsCompensation is $275,000-$290,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development support.
