Base pay range
$/yr - $/yr
$250K Starting Salary | Primarily Outpatient Only | Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Northern CA
Highlights- $250K base salary with extensive room for growth into $500K+
- Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance (2-year commitment)
- Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm)
- No call or weekends required
- Team-based care with NP/PA and admin support
- Focus on quality outcomes
- 401(k) with up to 4% match
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 8 paid holidays + up to 120 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
- 5 CME days
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in applicable specialty
