Qualifications, Essential Duties, And Responsibilities

• College junior or senior enrolled in an accredited architecture program.
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD; familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is preferred.
• Ability to assist with production of architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) and coordination of drawing sets.
• Assist project teams with code research, zoning and planning studies, and basic building analysis under the guidance of licensed architects.
• Support programming, space planning, and test fits for a variety of project types.
• Rendering and visualization capabilities (Enscape, Lumion, or similar) are a plus.
• Full‑time, paid position.
• A successful candidate is proactive and able to remain flexible while delivering high‑quality work in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; outgoing and personable.
• Highly motivated, creative, and collaborative.
• Must be organized and attentive to detail.
