Overview
Huge Design is looking for a mid-level industrial designer to join our team in our San Francisco studio.
We’re a small group of designers who love building great products. Our work spans consumer electronics, medical devices, robotics, mobility, and emerging technologies. We partner with both ambitious startups and established global brands to help bring thoughtful, well-crafted products to life.
We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience who enjoys the craft of industrial design and wants to be involved throughout the full design process. At Huge you’ll be sketching, modeling, prototyping, refining details, and helping shape products that will eventually ship into the world.
The ideal candidate is curious, hands-on, and comfortable moving between quick sketches, CAD development, and physical prototypes. You should care about proportion, detail, materials, and how products actually get made.
What you’ll be doing- Exploring product ideas through sketching and rapid concept development
- Building and refining geometry in CAD
- Working with physical prototypes and 3D prints in the studio
- Helping prepare presentations and visual storytelling for clients

- Around 2+ years of professional industrial design experience
- A strong portfolio showing thoughtful product design work
- Excellent sketching and form development skills
- Experience with CAD tools such as Rhino, Solid Works, or similar
- Curiosity about technology, manufacturing, and design craft
