As a Project Director, you’ll be the driving force behind a complex laboratory and vivarium project. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration of scientific requirements with architectural and interior solutions.
Roleand Responsibilities
- Lead laboratory and vivarium planning teams and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Integrate scientific requirements into architectural and interior design solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between planning, architecture, and interiors teams.
- Provide expertise in workflows, equipment selection, and compliance standards.
- Develop project goals and work plans to achieve design excellence and profitability.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
- 15+ years in laboratory/vivarium environments, including 10+ in Bio/Pharma projects.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred in science, engineering, or architecture. - Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of lab/vivarium design and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Deltek, Bluebeam, and related tools.
