My client is the pioneer AI product company with offices globally. They are looking for Design Manager and base in the US office which is HQ. The role is expected to manage the team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of design that seamlessly connect our customers' needs with the product capabilities. • Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex design challenges
• Take a leadership role in partnership with product managers, contributing to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap
• Cultivate the collaboration among designers across the organization
• Keep abreast with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design.

• Proven leadership experience in internet or AI companies
• Demonstrated expertise through a strong online portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and craftsmanship
• Possess a strong command of design tools, particularly fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• High ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
