Who We NeedWe are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the vision, product strategy, and user experience of Rillet. The role is remote‑first with occasional travel.
What You'll Do- Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire‑framing to UI design.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to set short‑term tactical goals and long‑term product vision and roadmap.
- Establish design principles and direct Rillet's design system.
- Lead user research initiatives.
- Understand user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints that shape the product.
- Invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
- Lead and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring their success.
- Recruit and onboard new product designers.
- Contribute directly to Rillet's UX/UI design.
- 5+ years experience leading design teams in product‑driven B2B SaaS environments.
- 5+ years experience delivering end‑to‑end design projects from research to implementation.
- Proven experience with complex design problems and systems.
- Demonstrated experience across all design stages, from discovery to delivery.
- Ability to visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
- Challenge status‑quo and bring inspiration from varied sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to work with cross‑functional teams and customers.
