We are currently seeking a Junior Designer/Project Manager to assist our Principal Designer. The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, extremely detail oriented, has strong time management and problem‑solving skills, is a quick study and is hungry to learn and contribute.
Qualifications- Degree in Design and/or experience
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Trello and Google Docs
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Sound judgment, dependable, punctual and professional
You will be involved in all facets of design from working with designers and clients.
- Managing projects and workflow to help lead the design process
- New and existing client interface (phone calls and in-person meetings)
- Working with our expediting team to ensure smooth project flow
- Developing designs and schedules
- Creating presentation boards and materials using Photoshop
- Data entry and budgeting for all projects
- Obtaining price quotes, maintaining budgets and working with our accounting team to send out estimates and monthly invoices
- Any other design related tasks that arise
