Senior Product Designer, CareHub

As a Senior Product Designer on the Care Hub team, you’ll join a collaborative group of designers who care deeply about creating cohesive, intuitive product experiences that have a real impact. Our design team plays a central role in solving meaningful problems for millions of members managing their joint and muscle health, making a tangible difference in their lives every day.

Care Hub is where care happens at Hinge Health — it’s the unified platform that connects our physical therapists, health coaches, and care managers to members, enabling them to deliver personalized, high‑quality MSK care. Clinicians use Care Hub to manage patient histories, care plans, documentation, and communication across multiple tools.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting interfaces so intuitive that our clinical teams can focus on what matters most — caring for patients, not navigating software. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to design experiences that simplify complex workflows while meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.

You’ll be based in Bengaluru and reporting to a Design Manager who partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership. • Develop a vision for our product experience; identify and visualize opportunities to up‑level our care experience to benefit both our care team members and our business.
• Lead the development and delivery of solutions that meet intended goals and create outcomes that positively impact key metrics.
• Be a steward of great product design by ensuring solutions set high visual and interaction design quality standards.
• Identify needs and key opportunities for user input; help plan and conduct user research with our user research team with contextual interviews, think‑alouds, A/B tests, surveys and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, care team members, and other designers to ensure designs drive desired UX, business, and technical outcomes.
• Mentor and grow fellow designers while evangelizing design practices and finding opportunities to elevate confidence in design across the larger company.
