Lutsko Associates, an accomplished design-oriented firm of 14 professionals, focuses on contemporary issues involving culture, art and ecology. We are looking for innovative people with strong academic credentials and an interest in a rigorous approach to these design topics.

The office is run in an informal open studio format, with a given team working on all aspects of a project from inception to completion. Our current work includes residential, public/institutional and rural/agrarian projects. Minimum 2-4 years of design and drafting experience in a professional Landscape Architecture studio. Experience working in an office environment is required.

Desired candidate will demonstrate a strong architecturally-oriented design approach and an understanding and sensitivity to the environment. Technical, organizational, and project management skills are required. It is important to be self-motivated yet open and receptive to a team approach.

Specific experience in design development, construction documents and an understanding of - and interest in - materials is a necessity. An understanding of the theoretical and historical basis of Architecture and Landscape Architecture is highly valued.

AutoCAD 2025, Adobe Creative Suite, Land F/X, Rhino, Twinmotion, 3D Rendering, MS Office, MS Teams

Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Graduate degree preferred.
