Position: Ophthalmologist (Except Pediatric)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

• Design questions related to the field of Ophthalmology to enhance AI model training.
• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in Ophthalmology to improve model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to provide structured feedback and improve training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.
• Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

• 4+ years full-time work experience in Ophthalmology.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
