Lead Dentist

Rinse Dental is a four‑operatory, associate‑led practice. As Lead Dentist, you’ll have full clinical autonomy, leading care for over 2,000 active patients (and growing). We are in‑network for Delta Dental and fee‑for‑service for other plans.

• Deliver clinical services—including fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns, simple extractions, orthodontics (invisible aligners), cosmetic procedures (veneer, whitening), and emergency care.
• Perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health and care options.
• Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive, balanced schedule—covering hygiene checks, operative care, same‑day treatment, and emergency visits.
• Drive production by completing full treatment plans efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality and patient experience.
• Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless, patient‑centered care.
• Partner with studio and operational leadership to achieve production goals, uphold clinical excellence, and continuously improve workflows.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active California dental license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (post‑residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting.
• Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule of 5 days per week.
