We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. You will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help create a comfortable experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures by explaining treatments and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, including handling instruments and materials.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Take dental X-rays as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Ensure the operatory and office are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant licensure in California
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A caring and compassionate attitude toward patients.
