Position: Contract EdTech Customer Support Specialist (West Coast Hours)
A leading educational technology company is seeking a Contract Customer Support Representative to provide technical support to school districts and application partners. You will manage customer inquiries via phone and email, helping users troubleshoot issues and gain access to Clever's services. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and experience in customer service. This contract begins in May or June and ends in September 2026, with a competitive hourly pay of $28 in the U.S. and $31 in San Francisco and NYC.
