Role DescriptionThe Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing phone calls, emails, cultivating positive customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality service. Responsible for order processing and follow through, including occasional returns and warranty matters.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries and provide resolutions effectively.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and elevating the overall Customer Experience in a timely manner
- Strong proficiency in communication to manage requests professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- MS office fluent and OASIS sales software a plus
- Prior experience in the lighting or design industry or wholesale / importing is a plus
