Customer Service Representative

** Our client, a leading healthcare outreach organization, is seeking a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative to join their team.
** As a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for community engagement, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20.00/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment presentations to beneficiaries.

+ Assist individuals with enrollment/disenrollment in managed care plans.

+ Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and transmit data per policy.

+ Support community events and health fairs to promote program awareness.

+ Collaborate with county staff and community groups to ensure program success.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

+ Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance (mileage reimbursed).

+ Ability to travel to various outreach sites as assigned.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Experience in customer service or community outreach preferred.
