The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and the cleaners have completed their tasks.

Throughout the morning, customers arrive requesting everything from a changed Wi‑Fi code to package delivery updates. You provide directions, set up projectors, and manage coffee refills while coordinating incoming calls. You also ensure all services are properly billed for accurate invoicing.

During a short coffee break, you relax briefly before resuming the daily workflow.

Mail arrives; you sort it while handling a stream of other customer requests, following up on a package delivery by email to the relevant customer. Lunch follows.

In the afternoon, you assist with printing and invoicing. A customer reports a too‑hot team room; you open a ticket in our service portal and resolve the issue.

After another brief coffee break, you meet with the Community Manager to plan last week’s networking event. You write e‑invites, print posters for noticeboards, and promote membership to interested prospects.

At day’s end, you guide a large group in meeting room 3, suggest a nearby restaurant for break, and ensure the center is tidy before leaving.

About you

We're looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service. You also need to be:

  • A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations
  • Experienced and confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
