This is a full-time, on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a CSR/Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing customer accounts. The role involves addressing customer satisfaction and experience, as well as assisting with sales, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. You will also work collaboratively to ensure excellent service delivery and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction methodologies.
• Understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment efficiently.
• Sales or account management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
