About The Role
The San Francisco Giants’ Guest Services Department is seeking Fan Lot Attendants for the 2026 season. This seasonal part‑time position involves serving as an ambassador for the San Francisco Giants and Oracle Park while working in the kid zone, specifically the Coke bottle slide area. Fan Lot Attendants provide a high level of service, ensure safety, and uphold the Oracle Park Promise.
YouAre Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Inspect the Coke bottle slide, mini ballpark and other areas for safety hazards or maintenance issues before, during and after events, reporting concerns promptly
- Greet guests with a positive attitude, offering help proactively
- Enforce policies such as height requirements and emphasize safety to guests
- Monitor platform access, enforcing entry/exit, alcohol and smoking restrictions
- Respond to emergencies (lost or found children, medical issues, etc.) efficiently
- Follow protocols for injury reports and complete incident reports
- Provide way finding around the park, directing guests to sections, seats, restrooms and food options
- Safety conscious with excellent customer service skills
- Able to work flexible hours – weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays based on event schedule
- Comfortable on your feet, moving up/down stairs, ramps and walkways and working in small spaces
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts
- Flexible in performing different positions and functions
- Great at multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced team environment and collaborating with others
- Comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions
- Seeking a supplemental income or an exciting role
$21.37 - $21.37 an hour
Compensation & BenefitsAt the San Francisco Giants, pay is determined by the negotiated wage chart set forth in the union contract. The starting probationary rate for this position is $21.37 per hour. After 60 days of employment, employees may be eligible for indemnity healthcare through Healthy SF, which includes medical, dental and prescription coverage. Employees are also eligible for EAP and commuter benefits.
All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and the terms of official plan documents which may be modified or amended from time to time.
