🌟 AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in the Bay Area and support our Lead Designer by producing, updating, and maintaining marketing assets across digital and print. You’ll work primarily in Figma, with frequent use of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides, and you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to keep campaigns moving fast and looking great.
💻What You’ll Do
- Social media posts (static, carousel, story formats)
- Promo/campaign materials (multi-size, multi-version, platform-ready)
- Printables (flyers, posters, one-pagers, event materials, etc.)
- PDFs and downloadables (guides, worksheets, lead magnets, kits)
- Google Slides decks (templates + ongoing edits, export-ready files)
- Create and maintain templates in Figma (and Slides when needed) to support scalable, consistent production
- Keep assets up to date as messaging, offers, dates, pricing, or legal lines change
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing to interpret briefs, prioritize requests, and iterate quickly
- Ensure outputs are polished and consistent (layout, typography, spacing, image quality, exports)
- Use AI tools to accelerate production and image prep (generation/editing/cleanup/upscaling), with strong quality control and brand-safe judgment.
- A portfolio that shows excellent visual taste and strong fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
- Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, libraries, scalable templates, clean file structure)
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills:
- Photoshop (retouching, cleanup, image prep)
- Illustrator (vector assets, icons, simple illustration work)
- InDesign is a plus (especially for PDF-heavy work)
- Comfort working in Google Slides (template setup, polish, rapid edits)
- AI fluency: you can use AI to move faster and refine results so they look intentional and high quality.
- Native or bilingual level of English—you’ll be working primarily in that language.
- Organized, dependable, and responsive—comfortable working with feedback and multiple stakeholders
- Print production knowledge (bleeds, margins, PDF export standards)
- Experience in a fast-moving marketing environment
- Basic motion/animation experience (optional)
- Hybrid position based in San Francisco
- Competitive base salary + bonus
- Professional development opportunities and clear growth paths
- Private health insurance
- 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off
- Day off on your birthday
- Flexible schedule and supportive work environment
- Continuous learning opportunities
- Certified Great Place to Work — 93% of our employees say Freepik is an amazing workplace!
