• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design.
• Crypto/Web3 Familiarity:
  Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies.
• User‑Centric Approach:
  Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces.
• Collaboration:
  
  Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.

• Leading Design Initiatives:
  Owning the end‑to‑end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design.
• Enhancing User Experiences:
  Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto‑native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Developing Design Systems:
  Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Conducting User Research:
  Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborating Cross‑Functionally:
  Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
