The Senior Designer Contractor will play a key role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life through creative execution. Reporting to the Art Director, this position will collaborate closely with teams across Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing to craft and deliver exceptional creative assets that ensure a seamless, best-in-class 360° client experience across retail, digital, and paid media.

• Trend research and concept development.
• Concept sketches and storyboards.
• Assisting in the development of shoot briefs and post-production briefs.
• Digital and print asset development, management, and handoff.
• Presentation deck and template development.

We’re Excited About You If You Have

• 3-5 years of design experience.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic digital sketching skills (storyboarding).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma).
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with social media trends.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Experience with retouching and photo art direction.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.57 to $47.30 an hour
. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
