We are seeking a Creative Coordinator to support a Franchise Development team responsible for expanding and evolving entertainment-driven brands across a wide range of creative channels, including animation, live-action content, consumer products, partnerships, live experiences, in-product integrations, and brand campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigor within creative environments. You will support creatives, producers, and cross-functional partners by organizing workflows, managing details across multiple projects, and ensuring that creative output moves efficiently from concept to execution.
You are energized by bringing structure to complex creative work, anticipating friction points, and enabling creative teams to focus on high-impact ideas rather than logistics.
Responsibilities- Track creative assets, timelines, and feedback across multiple work streams and external partners.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule reviews, and help structure focus time for creative teams.
- Maintain clear project trackers, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Prepare materials for creative reviews, including scripts, decks, and visual reference packages.
- Capture meeting notes, document decisions, and circulate clear next steps.
- Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring feedback cycles are timely and effective.
- Support onboarding and logistics for freelancers and contractors in partnership with producers and creative leads.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator, Project Manager, or Producer within a creative or media-adjacent environment (e.g., advertising, entertainment, games, animation, or design).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned without over-process.
- Hands-on experience with common creative and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Miro, Google Workspace, Figma, asset management platforms).
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and resolves issues before they escalates.
- Interest in working across brand, entertainment, and cross-media initiatives.
