As a valued contractor, you’ll support a group of writers, designers, and marketers responsible for the growth, brand awareness and market differentiation of Navan. We’ll look to you to create stunning motion graphics through all stages of the customer journey, supporting brand, social, demand gen, lifecycle, internal projects, and more.
Your portfolio should showcase creative ideation and execution of bold, eye-catching animation work. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, be scrappy when needed, and is excited to bring the Navan brand to life for different audiences.
This role can be based out of our San Francisco office or remote and will be about 20 hours/week.
What You’ll Do- Bring the Navan brand to life via motion graphics assets like digital ads, social content, product videos, web graphics, and more.
- Further the Navan brand as it relates to motion and maintain a cohesive visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with writers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Introduce industry trends, animation techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our brand design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- A robust portfolio showcasing creative courage and motion design that stands out.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite specifically After Effects, Figma and Google products.
- Experience using AI tools to create at scale.
- A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 3D (Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D) skills are a plus.
Pay Range: $43,000 USD - $74,000 USD per year (pro-rated for 20 hours/week).
