We are representing an established General Contractor in their search for Superintendent to oversee commercial tenant improvement projects in the Greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, safety and quality control.
Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on-site.
Establish and manage relationships with Clients and Subcontractors.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
