Job Description

Ben Hardy & Co. is a construction company specializing in high-quality building and renovation projects. We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to support our field crews with day-to-day construction activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work safely and effectively on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Prior construction experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• 8am - 4:30pm
• Monday to Friday
