Vitality Group has been retained to find a Construction Senior Project Manager/Project Executive with Data Center experience to work in the Bay Area.
Reporting to the Owner, the Construction Project Executive must be highly driven, adaptable, and experienced in multiple facets of construction. The Construction Project Executive must be able to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of large and/or multiple projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout, by leading and developing a team of Construction Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants who have the skills to accomplish their defined roles.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Work with the Estimating and Business Development teams to secure new projects.
- Oversee the preconstruction and construction phases and ensure the team executes the construction, turnover, and post-turnover service stages across a portfolio of projects.
- Support business development activities by maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers, and other organizations to enhance future business opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team, ensuring growth opportunities to achieve both individual and company goals and objectives.
- The Construction Project Executive will have direct responsibility for a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants.
