Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Acoustical Ceiling Tile Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustical ceiling tile systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of acoustical ceiling tile projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- -Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- -Coordinate project resources and manage workforce effectively to meet project deadlines.
- -Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- -Monitor project costs, prepare estimates, and manage change orders as necessary.
- -Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- -Mentor and train junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- -Proven experience as a Project Manager in acoustical ceiling tile or related fields.
- -Strong knowledge of acoustical ceiling tile systems, installation procedures, and construction standards.
- -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- -Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- -Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
