• Actasliaisonwiththeclient,architect,consultants,andthe
  
  Department of Building Inspection
• Interfacewithsitesupervisors;lookforandimplementinnovativeconstructionmethods
• Prepareandmaintainprojectschedules
• Prepareprojectdocuments–clientchangeorders,subcontracts,subcontractorchangeorders,meeting minutes,letters,memorandums,notices,etc.
• Coordinatingwithonsitecontractorsinplanningandcoordinatingthestagesofconnectingnewsystemswithexistingutilitysystems
• Controlandmonitorsubcontractorsandmonitortheirperformance
• Managecostchanges,tracklegitimatechangeordersrequests,compilefairpricingforworkandforecastfinancialresultsaccurately
• Reviewandexpeditesubmittalsandmaterials,aswellasmonitorcriticalmaterialitemsanddeliveries
• Maintainqualitycontrolandproductionefficiency
• Maintainimmediateanddirectresponsibilityforproductionphasesoftheproject;resolveproductionproblems
• Overseethatjobsitesafetyproceduresarebeingfollowed
• Providefeedbackonproductioncoststothe Estimating Department
• Developandleadthemarketresearchexecutionplanforproductdesignalternativesthatfitprojectbudgetanddesignintent
• Createthedesign/procurementexecutionplansthatfulfillcontractualprojectscopeobligationsandprovidepotentialcostsavingdesignandenergyefficientsolutionsbasedoncurrentsubtier(supplier,manufacturer) market trends
• Establishprojectprotocolsanddevelopplanstoorganizeandcommunicateproductliterature,O&Mmanuals,RFI’sandsubmittalsassociatedwithdesignclarificationandproductsubstitutionstoalldesignstakeholdersontheproject
• Createthe
  
  BIMexecutionplansalignedcohesivelywithdesigndocuments,subcontractor design-buildtradesandconstructabilityconstraints

• Bachelorcollegedegree,in Construction Manage mentor Civil Engineering preferred .
• Minimum 7 years managing concrete projects
• Advanceddegreeortrainingfavored
• Minimumofseven(7) years construction-relatedexperienceisrequired
• Excellent Englishlanguageverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsandeffectiveinterpersonalskills
• Workingknowledgeandexperiencewiththefollowingsoftwareandprogramsisrequired:
